How long does clinique self sun last

Why does this stuff have to smell so awful? It was slightly better mixed with my moisturizer, but still off. This was an impulse buy. I should have done some research first, and had I read the reviews here I would have found out that the product smelled bad. I had used a self tanner years ago that I really liked, but it is no longer on the market. I wrongly assumed that as long as it came from a reputable brand, it would probably be essentially the same. Such a bummer that this product is a real disappointment.

The color is great but it smells so bad that no one wants to be near you. My husband honestly thought the dog had an accident. It was this tinted lotion. This product works really well but I had to find something else because I could not stand the smell. I love clinique because it's fragrance free. I don't understand. Why this has such a metal type smell to it. It can't be good for you. This smells like metal. No matter what I mixed it with it was gross! Tried to ignore the smell at first but it just got stronger and it didn't even make me tan!

Would not buy again. Product easy application immediate results. I will purchase again. No streaks, Faboulus color.

This product needs to go back to the "drawing board". I had to scrub it off after a couple of days because it looked like I was dirty. And the smell was overpowering and awful. I gave it 1 star, but would have returned it if I could.

As much as I spent on this sunless tanner, I would expect the smell to be much better. It's the worst smelling sunless tanner I have ever used, like I'm rubbing nickels and pennies all over myself. I will not buy again just for that reason. This was the best self tanner before Clinique changed the formula.

It had a great smell and covered without streaking. The smell was strong in a bad way and the lotion didn't cover as well.

Can't use and haven't found another product I like. Please bring back the original!! I bought this because I love self tanning and wanted a noncomedogenic option for chest, shoulders, neck, and face. While it does not clog pores earning it the one star , this has the most awful smell and color. It smells strongly of pennies that one might find on the street, and that smell doesn't fade. As if the smell isn't bad enough, the color is also of a penny.

You put this on and don't look bronzed and natural, you look coppery orange. I can only imagine that this is Trump's exact shade. Genuinely the worst self tan I have ever encountered, I'm amazed this has any positive reviews.

I am glad I ignored all the negative reviews! I have used at least a dozen other self tanners over the years, and this is my favorite. After about 20 minutes it dries and I wear it overnight to bed. Yes it has that self tanner smell, but it is dramatically less than all the other products and actually disappears once washed off. I prepped my skin with the Clinique Sparkle Skin body exfoliator which is amazing by the way. I must review it for you soon!

As a lover of the mitt, I started off with one of those, but found it was sucking up too much product so ditched it and went commando with bare hands. I just made sure I washed my palms and between my fingers with soap and I completely got away with it! Only on legs and tummy to see the results.. I can hide them if it's not so good. I spent a lot reading reviews on self tanners in the market, and i decided either Geurlain Lovely colour on my very pale legs, very natural looking well if I could actually tan..

No smell, only negative is that I found it dried out my skin. I must admit to having very dry skin Bad things: You can use it, if you just want a little color, because if you use more than a little bit, you will get VERY yellow, because it has yellow undertones :S So it is not natural.

When I started self-tanning about 5 years ago, I went through all sorts of embarrassing problems one would encounter when just starting out. I knew about being careful not to get anything on my I was using a Clarins self tanner which I really liked. However I decided to save money and try this Clinique product. I'm not a fan of the shimmer and found it didn't give much of a tan even with On my "older" skin this product is the worst!
